Gentle Readers,

Yesterday's run, while invigorating, has made my calf muscles fairly unhappy with me. I can still walk without wincing so they can't be that mad, but they did not appreciate some aspects of this morning's Aikido.

I think I need a new 5 year plan.

We've had fake sugar (aspartames, sucralose) for some time. We've also got fake fat (olestra). Now we can build fake protein.

Even better, there is now a company that makes actual flavour enhancers that alter our ability to taste food.
